BLC20 - Stop Holiday Gain

This is the first year that I really don't have to worry about gaining weight from all of the extra food. WHY because I can't eat any of it. No eggs, onions, green beans, dairy, gluten, peanuts. That cuts out just about everything but veggies (minus 2), fruits and meats. I was only supposed to be on my elimination diet for 3 months but I decided to keep it going until after the holidays. This way I won't be tempted.
I do have to be aware of not overeating. Not really when I'm at home but when I'm traveling. What if I get hungry and my approved foods aren't available
. So at that particular meal I will me tempted to over do it just in case.
So to overcome that feeling, I will
1) Bring approved snacks with me when I travel in my purse especially
2) I will relax. Of course I will be able to find an approved food when I get hungry
3) I will workout when I'm not traveling and I will try to sneak in some type of activity when I don't have access to a gym.
4) I will preplan my meals and log them into spark.
If I'm diligent, I might even hit my goal weight during the holiday season.
