I wasn't as good eating wise and tracking yesterday as I had hoped but it wasn't totally terrible and I'm going to keep plugging along today. My right heel is continuing to yell at me tho which is getting highly painful. I was able to do my workout this morning but there were times when I had to make sure to use only the front half of my foot and stay off the heel or it really hurt. I did ice, elevate, and take ibuprofen yesterday and it was only a little more painful than it has been recently so it's more a matter of trying to figure out why it's not getting better. I tried staying off it as much as possible and getting new shoes and so far, nothing has worked. May need to see an actual podiatrist about it but we'll see.
