Even after the holdiay Thanksgiving is over I am very thankful , had a nice holiday with family and all that.
My husband let me get back my Weight Watchers online for an early Christmas present, WW makes me happy and I want to stay in that happy place, This is a new week and i am embracing it.
my goal this week is:
To keep my food tracker going
Add stairs to my walking routine and mark down the days I do use the stairs
Focus on healthy gu idelines, water, fruits and vegies, and dairy intake
