ready for some dizzy minded ramblings....
So so so under the weather :[ and lets face it, no one likes being sick. We all turn into big babies. My husband and daughter are sick as well, for once we all came down with this same stuff together so at least we are getting it over and done with in one coughing, sneezing, irritated, runny nosed mess!
My diet, calorie intake, water intake has been off the program for 4 days. Note this coincides with the holiday leftovers in the house. BUT also Sunday was my off day and I took full advantage, I had been feeling cornered by my simple good for me foods and was almost to a breaking point. Emotionally I am feeling much better about eating on the program again :] :] :]
My fitness... I kept up with the planned workouts but they lacked luster, majorly! I had just ab the worst run ever on Saturday. I missed this mornings run but my neighbor is up to watching my daughter this afternoon BUT I am having a weird vertigo sensation... I am hoping this passes. I keep debating, do I just get up and go, do I settle for a long walk, or do I just call it a day and rest.
The Fitness Magazine Interview is set up for this Thursday and I am really hoping I get my 'normal voice' back by then! I want to feel bad ass, determined, goal oriented, motivated, and well like my badddddddass super hero self...and...well... right now I am at hot mess status lol.
Best news is that my weight is moving in the direction I want :] finally! I will be able to post updated progress pics once I feel better. Good day all! Make yourself proud!!!
