Monday After Thanksgiving Weigh In.

So today I arise to see what I have done to my weight lose goal the Monday after thanksgiving. I managed to watch what I ate on Thanksgiving day yet the constant snacking on left overs over the weekend....well not to well. So I think I am sure I have gained at least 3 pounds only to find that I only gained 4 oz! So do I celebrate the small weight gain? Or think about the potential 2 lbs I may have lost if I watched what I ate a little better? Ummmm. emoticon

    Undeniable WIN!!! This holiday season is for just holding down the fort. Small gains are no worries as you'll be back on track in no time and I don't think 4 ozs should even count as a a gain.

    An absolute check in the WIN column, all you have to do is think back to before your healthy lifestyle journey began. It's about baby steps and staying in the moment; the moment has nothing to do with what could have happened but what is, and you did emoticon . Remove the doubt from your mind! emoticon

    A quarter of a pound up this week is definitely a cause for celebration. If that's the result after Thanksgiving week, imagine what you can do on a normal week! Get back to your normal routine and you'll do great!

    You absolutely focus on the fact that you DID NOT GAIN 3 pounds, but a mere 4 oz! I would be willing to be that you didn't even really gain 4 oz either. If you did a lot of snacking over the weekend, it could just be water (sodium) weight!
