So today I arise to see what I have done to my weight lose goal the Monday after thanksgiving. I managed to watch what I ate on Thanksgiving day yet the constant snacking on left overs over the weekend....well not to well. So I think I am sure I have gained at least 3 pounds only to find that I only gained 4 oz! So do I celebrate the small weight gain? Or think about the potential 2 lbs I may have lost if I watched what I ate a little better? Ummmm.
