It's hard to give a positive spin to something that hurts so much and yet isn't it better to find that positive, work it hard and live for the results.
Wallowing or letting the hurt and/or anger carry on into a habit of living life would be awful.
So here I am trying to work that positive spin and the hurt just keeps bubbling up.
I'm working on it.
btw - looking around at training plans for a half marathon. Let me know if you have a good one. Meanwhile I'll keep running away some of the hurt and anger and using the energy in a positive way.
Remember you can do anything you set your mind to.
Commit to it. One tiny step at a time to live healthier physically and mentally!!
