"Back on Track" Lemon-Dijon Baked Fish

I came dangerously close to eating pumpkin pie for breakfast yesterday. I suppose that, on Thanksgiving Day (when I entertain), I'm kept so busy that I don't overdo it with the food. Don't get me wrong, I indulge in all of my favorites, but I don't have that difficult a time sticking to decent sized portions of things that are naughty and loading up on things that are nice. It's the day - actually, the weekend - after that's the problem. The fridge is stuffed with leftovers, I'm feeling lazy and tired of cooking, and my mother's pies sit on the counter, beckoning me...
