I'm posting this before the sun rises on Monday, Nov. 26, which will mark two weeks on a paleo diet. So far, so good. My family and I have adjusted fairly well and the Thanksgiving weekend was a success.
Yesterday's bill of fare:
Breakfast: rice from Sat. night, plus a vegan cheese slice.
Lunch: banana, coffee with almond milk.
Snack (post-workout): finished the rice, black olives, large portion of almonds.
Dinner: chicken breast and red cabbage.
Let's see what today brings...
