Thanksgiving BlowOut

Monday, November 26, 2012

I gained six pounds in 36 hours of eating. And normally, I know how to deal with a binge. I just get back on track the next food decision. But I have a surgery coming up, I need to be fortifying my body, not dieting, so now I feel I have to let it stick and I don't know how to deal with that. It frustrates me when I want to lose it again.

I can't do anything and i hate my body today.

Your body is a gift. Start today a brand new day with a brand new outlook toward your goals. We are not perfect and we slip sometimes. The best part is that you realize what's going on and that's half the battle. Together we can get back on track to better health. Write your goals out on paper and keep them visible. I know you will succeed!

Awww. Don't be so hard on yourself. Lots of people struggle with overeating during the holidays. You can get back on track right now and prepare for your surgery too.

Count your blessings and have good thoughts. 6 pounds are a lot, but it's not the end of the world. Take care of yourself, and prepare for your surgery. Good luck!
