Nov 2012 Streaks - Day #25

PLANS:         
#1 No workout after 8 pm = Check!         
#2 3L water = No!        
#3 Into my bedroom before 10pm = Check!           

CHALLENGES:         
Total Jump Rope (Goal = 6000 by end of month) = 0x (current total = 1401x)        
Daily Jumping Jacks (Goal 225 daily) = 0x         
Turkey Trot (Goal = 100 miles by end of month) = 2.0 miles miles (current total = 75.7 miles)

The day mom and I return back to home sweet home. It was morning flight 8:30 am about 2 hours. I was so sleepy by the time we arrived to our house, it was sheer will power to stay awake long enough to perform Zohor prayer (prayer around noon).

And because I still sleepy even after 2 hours sleep in the afternoon, I dove into bed much earlier than days in holiday, yay! It was an exciting and enjoyable holiday but days were so packed with activities that body felt so tired and unfortunately, I got average 5 hours sleep at night and 2 more hours in the morning (around 5 am woke up for Subuh prayer then fall asleep again, hehe).

    It is the same for me, can't sleep much in a different bed. Sounds like you enjoyed yourselves. emoticon

    I find it hard to sleep on vacation as well since I'm not used to sleeping where I am and there's so much activity going on. Glad to hear you made it home safe and sound. Keep up the amazing work!
