Today i'm really struggling. I am just feeling down and like I wanna say screw it and lose my quit. I know it's the small things that are getting to me and i'm aware of what is going on so today I am just going to fake it til I make it and do the best I can to get through the day and pray tomorrow my mental attitude is more on track!

    We all have these days. Sometimes I just have to sit on the roadside of my healthy lifestyle journey for awhile - mentally taking the rocks out of my shoes. After awhile I realize time is going by, whether I'm taking small steps where I want to go, or whether I'm sitting with my shoes off on the side of the road. Eventually I get back up and head in the right direction. Hang in there!
