gained last week......

As i reflect on last week i notice something. I know i didnt try my best in the exercise dept. i slacked alot last week not sure why. i guess my body just needs rest. it also doesnt help that i cant sleep at night because my husband snores and it actually wakes me up and then proceeds to keep me awake. i wear earplugs but i can still hear it. im looking into getting better earplugs because i cant take it not being able to sleep at night then trying to find energy to work out. But my measurement day was yesterday however and i have lost 3" in the waist and 1" in the hips since a month ago! so i must be doing something right lol.

The next few days are going to be rough on me though because i go in today to get my ingrown toe nails cut out......wont be able to do any impact exercising for a few days atleast. looks like i will be working on my strength training. maybe i can catch up on some sleep too since i wont be able to do much around the house either :) i just do not want to get into the mode i was in before when i didnt do anything and gained a ton of weight.

    Make a plan and you will be just fine with some light strength training while you recouperate. Maybe you can ride a stationary bike??? Good luck with the snoring husband. I have the same problem. Once I wake up I can't go back to sleep.
