When I first started running, I ran in Saucony running shoes. I was 100 pounds heavier then, and they seemed to wear out quickly so I switched to Asics. I've LOVED my Asics for the last 2 years, but as the style I love keeps climbing in price I've had a harder and harder time spending the money on them. I know it's a necessity and SO MUCH cheaper to have good shoes than it is to go through Physical Therapy. Just out of curiosity I wanted to re-try some Sauconys.
The ProGrid Guides were the very first running shoes I bought on this weight loss journey, and that's what I've gone back to. I'm SO EXCITED to go for a run today and try them out!
