I am guilty as charged. My physio calls it binge exercising and it causes injuries. I am very lucky I haven't been injured in this way but am pleased to announce that I am over that hurdle. I have been consistant with exercise for over two months and feel great. I hardly ever hear that little voice in my head telling me that it won't matter if I skip a session and I am better about taking rest days without feeling I have failed in some way. Now I need to shift my focus and apply the same to food. I still have the mentality of eating something I hadn't planned and then eating everything in sight. It makes no sense to me but I'm still struggling to overcome it.
