Goals for tomorrow

So I guess I am going to be keeping this extremely simple. I really don't know what I am supposed to be doing, so I think the best way to go about this will be to organize what I can do RIGHT NOW to get the ball rolling. So for tomorrow...err, I guess today (11.26.2012) I will:
-Drink at least 8 cups of water
-Write down everything I eat
-Go for an hour long walk
That's all I can think of right now. This seems pretty mild and very doable. It wont be too much of a shock to my system. We'll see how it goes. I hope I don't fail myself again. I.can.do.this.I.know.it.
