Goals for tomorrow

So I guess I am going to be keeping this extremely simple. I really don't know what I am supposed to be doing, so I think the best way to go about this will be to organize what I can do RIGHT NOW to get the ball rolling. So for tomorrow...err, I guess today (11.26.2012) I will:

-Drink at least 8 cups of water
-Write down everything I eat
-Go for an hour long walk

That's all I can think of right now. This seems pretty mild and very doable. It wont be too much of a shock to my system. We'll see how it goes. I hope I don't fail myself again. I.can.do.this.I.know.it.

    I am down 47 pounds since this Spring. It is possible.
Cravings and 'the munchies' have never gone away for me. Keep your guard up. Personal Resolve and Commitment is necessary.

Find the thing that will motivate you. (a picture of your daughter on the fridge with a "I'm doing this for us" type of statement ? ). It's a bit different for everyone.

    Doing this I have lost 30lbs since July, so it will work
