This weeks plan 11/26

So, I am off to a great getting back on track start. I finished sunday in my calorie range, meeting the goal for carbs, protien and fiber. I went to Mass today, and counted that as my meditation time.
Monday- up at 4, with squash in the crock pot, sparking and get to work at 6. Breakfast is oatmeal for my daily grain. Lunch is salad with leftover chicken. Gym is after work, with cardio and wieghts. Dinner is spaghetti squash with tomato sauce and feta cheese. I will walk at lunch time, and do the Mass on my phone.

Tuesday is up at 4, gym for cardio and work by 6. Breakfast is oatmeal . Lunch is out with my friend. I think we will go to the bistro and I will have a entre salad with meat and no grains. Dinner bean taco salad. I think Jake has a wrestling match, so I will spend my evening in the bleachers. Wrestling is very boring with a short spurt of excitement. I will find time to do the daily mass on my phone.

Wednesday is up at 4, work out and work by 6. Breakfast is eggs and brocoli Lunch is turkey rice soup for the office soup day. Dinner is at the CCD center. so no control over the menu but I can control portions.

Thursday is my sleep in day, Breakfast is eggs and brocoli. Lunch is salad with protein. Dinner is hamburgers, with a bean patty for me and a sandwhich thin. Work out is cardio at 4, with weights at 5:30, then I am going to try the yoga class at the gym.

Friday is up at 4, crockpot stew and to work by 6. Breakfast is eggs and brocoli. Lunch is veggie soup and turkey sandwhich. Work out is after work. Dinner is the crockpot stew.

which leaves me saturday. I will re-plan my menu, go grocery shopping and hit the gym. There is a dinner at church that I think I have to go to, but it's up in the air.

all of this is subject to change, if I get to work and get an email directing me to go out of town one of the work days this week. the day I have to go out of town means gym in the morning, lunch at a restaurant, and no walk at lunch time. Depending on the day, I might have to spend the night at my friends, which eliminates both the menu control and gym time. I am hoping that this wont happen.

it's off to bed so I can count my fitbit sleep time!
