I really enjoyed the TED video. I love to game and to me sparkpeople has been somewhat of a game. I enjoy tracking my exercise and trying to reach or reaching the goals I have set. I enjoy the encouragement from others too. The video of the man I have seen before and is inspirational. Thanks for sharing. Oh I like the game aspect of spark points too.
