literally 40 seconds into my first sparkpeople video..

and i get a sharp pain in my left knee. what the actual eff..... i guess 14 lbs down isn't enough to start exercising like that again. UGH i'm so irritated!! guess i'll just settle for some upper body and ab exercises for now... every step forward seems like i'm just waiting to fall back. annoyed isn't even the word for it right now!
i think i slightly over ate today... i kept it within my calorie range i think but i was very slacking on the precise measurements and i also did some unauthorized snacking tonight. not such a good day, ladies and gents. here's to hoping tomorrow works out a bit better. emoticon

    Breathe and forgive yourself. I am always so impatient with myself and do thin, slowlygs well before I am ready (and usually end up injuring myself). Please be kind to yourself and give yourself the gift of time. I am learning to do that......slowly.
