Holidays and Keeping on Track!!

Tis the season for holidays! Why do I stress about the holidays when they come... Yes, I love dessert!
So Thanksgiving has come and gone.. well I have to say I only had one plate, and not really that much on my plate. But yes I did have a slice of cheese cake. And Yes I loved it!! How I missed cheese cake.
I've been doing pretty good with not eating sweets, and really not eating a lot of food all at once.
What are my plans for surviving through the holidays..
I'm only making one plate of food, no seconds! a small piece of dessert.. then working my butt off.. LOL!!
I have to say I really don't eat that much anyways... my downfall is the dessert.. It calls my name.. LOL!! I'm going to be strong and only have one small piece of dessert!
Drink lots of water!!
Keep my fitness minutes going and on track!
Try not and stress so much, and get my 7/8 hours of sleep a night!
