Yesterday was the cardio burst workout. I did it in the morning before I left for another tasting. It was a slow day and there was Christmas music playing. Since I was kind of hidden where I was station I did a few dance moves to the music. While not a true workout, I did feel like I got some stretching in and was not just standing or sitting the whole time.
Today was the total body workout again. I did not get it done in the morning but did it in the afternoon. While it was still a workout I did feel like I had the moves down a little better than the last time I did it.
I can't believe that I am almost done with this challenge and only redid one day, so I will be finishing in 29 days instead of 28 days.
