Staying On Track During The Holidays

What am I going to do during the next month? The time of year that people alternately love to look forward to and dread at the same time?
I'm going to continue to track my food and drink. It's a topic of curiousity to me, the number of people here on SP that do NOT use the nutrition tracker every day. It's free. It's easy. It helps you be accountable. It helps you plan. I love it!
I'm going to continue to work on getting my 30 minutes of fitness in every day, and increase it a bit 2-3 days a week, say up to 40 minutes a day. I got a new set of hand weights that I'm looking forward to using.
I'm going to continue to use SP and read articles and learn everything I can about nutrition, motivation, and wellness.
I need to get more sleep. That is an area that I do need to work on. I know I feel better, and the weight comes off easier the more well rested I am.
So...on that note...nighty night!!
