Oh well here I am on Sunday night not believing I have to go to work tomorrow and the last days of November are here! How did that happen? I did pretty well over Thanksgiving. We will see what the scale says on Wednesday so I have to be really good between now and then. But I'm sure like most..I'm glad the weekend is over.

I haven't been exercising because on Friday I dropped a corning ware lid on my toe (yes..OUCH) and now my middle toe on my L foot is all purple/black/blue..fun stuff! I believe I'm going to attempt at least something tomorrow before work. I have decided I have to exercise for my mental saneness. Bottom line is it just makes you feel better..not to mention happy! My poor doggy is still limping around also so we are definitely a pair! He's going to the vet tomorrow for a 2nd opinion and I'm going to the doctor Tuesday for my heel. Hopefully we will get good news and be able to start walking again soon!

I was kind of starting to plan 2013 and I think I'm going to do the TF/CLX hybrid. I figure if I get bored I can switch to something else and then go back. I ordered Combat which is supposed to be cool but I'm not getting it until Christmas. I was messing around tonight while I was watching revenge and made the best P90X/P90X2/Insanity/Asylum Vol 1&2 hybrid. But it is literally like 20 weeks long but could be shortened.

Before I commit to anything I have to get my heel better. Until then I'm going to do Ripped in 30 and Turbojam. If my toe hadn't been mostly broken I would have 2 workouts in but kind of hard to do that when you can hardly walk. It is however better than it was so I will try something soon. Have a great week! I'm still doing my check ins to help me stay on track!


November 26-
Meals-
B- oatmeal/oj
S#1- greek yogurt
L- We went to MCCallisters so I had a baked potato and cup of chilli
D- We had a really odd dinner. I made cheeseburgers and we had the leftovers from Thankgiving that mom had sent home..noodles, mashed poes and sweet potato casserole. But there wasn't very much of any of it so it worked out.

Exercise- I took 1/2 day off and went shopping w/ mom so there was walking involved!

Water- I had 28 oz down by 9:30..I was thirsty!

Sleep- I went to bed about 11 b/c I got to sleep in becuase of Dr. appt the next morning.

November 27-
Meals-
B- whole wheat waffles/oj
L- pan fried cod/mac&cheese/peas/carrots
D- grilled chicken breast/ broccoli rice/ green beans
I went to the grocery and when I came back I had some pretzels andan apple

Sleep- I was in bed and asleep by 11 which is prett good! Still need to work on that though.

Exercise- none so far. I feel better after doctor report. Smashed toe does have a slight chip fracture so I can't do "pounding exercises" and I am going to start doing stretches for my heel.
Water-got to work at 2 and started on the water

L- healthy choice meal and a chocolate chip cookie

Water- 28 oz down already!
Sleep- went to bed at 10 but couldn't go to sleep

L- brocolli and cheese soup and a philly steak sandwich
D- grilled cheese on whole wheat bread & tomato soup and an orange
Water- got my 60 oz in!
Sleep- went to bed at 11

December 1
Exercise- Went to kick class and it was awesome!
Meals-
B- waffles
S#1- shakeology
L- grilled lemon/pepper chicken and brocolli
S#2- smart smoothie from complete nutrition
D- parmesean chicken/ cauliflower/brocolli/carrots and little red potatoes in garlic sauce
Water- had tons of water..at least 60 oz
Sleep- we had people over so I didn't go to bed until about 2am!

    Ouch, black-blue sounds bad, I hope you get recover soon then you can start your plan :D
