This past week was terrible with everything: working out as well as eating! I love going home to visit family, but my hardwork went out of the window! However, I am not going to be hard on myself.

Tomorrow, I'm going to finish Month #1 of Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution with Workouts #3 & #4 as well as getting back to eating clean! I have my 2013 Fitness & Health Bucket List to adhere to and I will reach those goals! Again, I am worth the effort!

I have things to do, people to see, & places to go! So, here I go again!
