A long, rough day today. Ate okay, but that's about it. Time to get back on track, again. Luckily I'm not too far off this time. A good nights sleep would be a huge help! Still trying to find my balance. I'm content with where I am, but there are definitely things I would still like to do and accomplish.

Make tomorrow great!

Goals for tomorrow:
64+ oz water
Workouts: 5k run +??
Eat well and track
In bed by 10
