Better day, less snacking but still too many calories!!!

Today was a good day. I didn't do near as much snacking, I ate plenty of fruits and vegetables but still ate too much but today was the start of better days!!

    thank you , thats a good idea.. i have been such a big junk a holic.. I love chips in light sour cream w tomatoes. I was eating it everynight and i haven't had it for several days. emoticon

    If you are eating fruit or veggies as a snack, your are well on your way, girlie!! That's the first smart move. I look back at my first day and a whole meal was made up of Nerds candy, SweeTarts, pickles, carrot cake and licorice!

It was really shocking since it's only been 5.5 months and I haven't really missed the candy. So try it... go back to the first day's fitness and food and think about you eat now and notice how much it has changed. That was my A-ha moment.
