Had a quiet weekend and day. So just finished my gazelle for 60 min. A new week is underway.

Not much going on with me, just staying on track which is a lot for me.

That little voice tried ot stop me from working out but I was smart and just ignored it and did it anyway. I even say just thirty min, then 45 and I make the 60 min so it is good I did it and feel good about myself and that it is done. Is so hard for me to get motivated to do it but the feeling afterwards is so much better than the guilt because I did not do it.

  You'll learning to yield not to that temptation and it's not always about food. I used to watch the T.V for an hour and afterwards, felt a tad guilty as I could have worked out and did something positive for myself as T.V. watching doesn't give me the fulfilment that I need.     emoticon emoticon thats all we can do is push ourselves on the day we dont want to do a workout. Its snowing and blowing here all day so I did some exercises on the ball and worked on strength training. Be back to walking tomorrow since i have to go to work anyway. Hope you have a GREAT week!!
