I have been doing
for a month now I was going to do it for one more week but I just didn't have it in me...didn't want to push that hard today and needed a change... so I thought I would pop in a much easier workout....so I did Quick fix/Cardio kick Upper body, Jnl Shoulder shedder and Ab shredder....now did I say easier??
!!!! That was one nasty short 3o minute workout!! There was burpes, mountain climbers, air jumping jacks and more! And in between the cardio she worked the biceps and tris hard! And thankfully every 5 minutes on the shoulders dvd she did not keep on reapeating kiss my abs and the guy who was grunting on the first dvd I did was not grunting on this dvd
so all in all it was a fantastic workout! I feel a little burntout but so glad I did it!
Today is the starting of my high carb week and I am not having any sugars until Saturday
so I will be zig zagging my calories this week...hope this works..
