Already few weeks I have been following this wonderful program and I am very pleased with the results. The weight loss is less than planned due to some social and family events that have come on the way. Nevertheless, I feel much better and fitter now. My fat percentage has gone down with five points and my abdomen has also shrunk to the point I am using pants two numbers smaller.
Cardio exercises like biking, walking, water fitness and yoga I do very often. It has been a while since I have been to the weights section of my gym. I really do not like that kind of exercises. Nevertheless, I think I am missing strength in my program. That is why I decided to do some push ups at home. Tonight I tried and did a max of 20 in less than a minute. My record was 15 in 30 seconds. My challenge will be to increase that number to 20 in 30 seconds two sets at least by the end of January.
