Exercise can positive

Sunday, November 25, 2012

I no longer view exercise negatively. For the past three weeks, I have been doing the leslie sansone walking videos. Today I purchased coach nicols' music video-- 60 min interval training. I did 40 min and feel GREAT. I will take it easy. My hip hurts. Probably go back to the walking videos for a while. probably need to do some more stretching and strength training. way to go! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I did Leslie's videos for a long time and I feel like it got me ready to really push it on the treadmill. I also do her steps when I'm cooking, brushing my teeth, and the like.

I agree. For me I can't lose weight without exercise.

It was just this past week that I realized that somewhere over the last months my attitude toward exercise has changed.
I was out with friends who I hadn't seen for some time and telling them how I have incorporated exercise into my day to fit with my new healthy lifestyle. Both said, "Tell me you do, but that you don't enjoy it." I stopped in my tracks, caught myself for a moment before I responded that I do enjoy it. I caught myself because my gut response was to tell them how much I enjoyed it and I couldn't believe that was going to come out of my mouth. But it's true, my atttitude has changed and so has yours.
I'm happy for you because it makes the journey just that little bit easier.
    Have a Sparktacular week!
