Site problems

Sunday, November 25, 2012

What on earth is wrong with the Spark People website? The spell check is one of the worst I've ever seen, it wanted me to change the word "each" to the word "etch" in a post I made earlier. Seems odd that it doesn't recognize one of the most common words in the English language.
Then I tried to read the article on the Fitbit, even though I don't know what a Fitbit is. Much of the article was what I call "double printed" in other words, one sentence atop another which made it impossible to read. Does no one check these things out before posting them?
Also when I was trying to add a comment to a thread I couldn't see the little line for where the next letter I wanted to type would be. I goofed up several times and had to delete almost a whole sentence to get back to where I needed to be.
Can someone explain these problems to me please? It's things like this that made me drop off the site for so long, as well as some personal family concerns. I realize this is a free site but goodness can't it be a little more professional?

I don't know, I haven't been having any problems like that since the last overhaul they did. I don't ever use the spell checker so don't know about that. Hope things get better for you.
Sometimes with those articles that seem to be printed one on top of the other, if you leave it and then come back, it is OK. emoticon
