My new goal, rededicate to my old goals of health and fitness

Sunday, November 25, 2012

Wow, I guess I thought I was a changed person after a year of SparkPeople and working on my weight and fitness and overall health.
Thanksgiving weekend has dealt me(or reframe that I have dealt me) a setback in a big ole way!!!!!
The stress of a house full of overnite guest, some just loved it so much they wouldn't go home, and I did what I have done for 54+ years, I ate about it. Now that sounds a little crazy, but face it old habits are crazy hard to break and I just dropped my guard and let it all happen. Exercised only one day, so thats the bad news.
Now for the good news tomorrow morning is a whole new week and I will be at the foot of the cross so to speak, I don't regret the craziness,I needed to see it and realize that WOW I am still that old person and the new me and I need to find a calm place for all!!

You must adhere to the principals but we all fall short when there is mass confusion. Most importantly you came to your senses and now a couple weeks have passed. I hope you are back on track.

I replied to this late as I like blogging with my Lexington Team members.

Good luck and have a super Christmas! Get your ammo ready for the next cluster of holidays!!

    Good bless you! emoticon emoticon
