I already drink lots of water.
I have a green smoothie every morning for breakfast.
I exercise 5 days a week, hard, for one hour.
I stretch.
Many lunches are a salad and protein. But I'm bored of my salads with protein. My next healthy habit is going to involve vegetable soup! I have a vitamix. It's supposed to be easy to make soup in it. I have a crockpot - again easy to make soup. My goal this week is to make at least one vegetable soup. What I'd like to do is to make a variety of soups and freeze extras that we can pull out and rotate for variety. The hurdle is finding time in the midst of a very busy schedule.
