Weekly Preview:
I have a new long-term goal! Since I am probably visiting my friend in Japan next December, I want to lose 100 lb before then. I want to be able to be comfortable as possible on the over-night plane ride, and I want to be able to walk miles and miles without getting tired. I want to be able to fit semi-comfortably into the rental car we get, and I want to love taking pictures in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka -- and not embarrassed or self-conscious about how I will look in them. I want to become as healthy as possible before then, so I can thoroughly enjoy the trip. It will be the experience of a lifetime!!! I can't wait!

Weekly Review:
The end of this week was rough. I had a lot of stress eating and poor food choices... my workouts are not on track. I need a reboot!

    Great plan!

Today will be my first gluten-free day. I purchased Bob's Red Mill gluten-free rolled oats for breakfast. I also bought some gluten-free tapioca bread for sandwiches. From what I can tell, these are the only 2 sources of gluten in my diet. I don't eat pasta or packaged/canned foods. But I'll be reading all food labels even more closely now!
