Lost 1.5lbs last week, I don't know if that is good or not but i'll take it. Been sick the past week. Live on soup and jello. I tried to exercise but just could not do it not even walking. My head and chest was filled up and just could not exhale. Miss a couple days of work.
I started the 28 days bootcamp two weeks ago and miss last week. I restarted today got in day 1 with 15 mins ball exercise and 20 min yoga with kathy Smith. Feeling better but not 100%. Hope everyone have a great day!
