Hike Photos

Sunday, November 25, 2012

Kricket4 shamed me yesterday because I didn't post photos of our hike, so here ya go! We hadn't been to this state park in quite a while and sort of "forgot" how beautiful it was. It's less than 45 minutes drive from our house, even pulling a travel trailer.

BIG rocks! See me?

Not really caves, but rock overhangs/outcroppings:

Now that's a rock! See TC?

The Natural Bridge:

Beautiful colors of mosses by the river:

The rock work of the CCC during the 1930's.

One of the many bridges crossing the river in the canyon. Base of the bridge built by CCC.

One of our favorite rocks!

Today we don't do anything as pretty; we are planning to walk/jog 8 miles on our city trail. It's cold so it should help us stay moving!! Happy Sunday, everyone!!
