and I haven't gotten anywhere. So today, I am getting a head start on my New Year's goals. A friend of mine is setting a goal for himself to write (he's a writer) at least something for a hundred days straight. I am setting that goal to exercise for 100 days straight. By then, it should definitely be a habit!
I don't eat as healthfully as I should, but I eat less than I used to. I know the problem of my weight is basically that I don't expel any energy. At my age, there is no excuse for that. Also, my energy level is low due to my being sedentary, not to mention that my mind is going to mush.
So as they say "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again".
