This saves me time tracking my nutrition: I use 10 meal groups. Besides the usual breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, I use entre, sides one and two, salads, condiments, and extras. These are like a menu with portion size and availability. It cuts my search time and saves on food costs ( I eat up leftovers before they spoil). I carry the menus forward each day with few changes. Instead of always searching for food items, I choose from the menu. I transfer them to the breakfast, lunch or dinner area and at the end of the day delete the itms remaining in the entre, sides, etc. I have carried them intact to the next day for my use. The current day then only has the regular meals.
My favorites took to long to load, as I had too many.
