Acorns have been collected and the winter will be a path to the glorious day that I reach my goal.
I have chosen April! For that month, many years ago, I reached another weight loss goal.
That journey began at 184 pounds and ended with 117!
Here is a photo taken of me, celebrating, in the beautiful Azalea Gardens, that I now volunteer in!
I still remember that complete dedication and the feeling I had, when I reached my goal.
I do this journey, alone, but would like for each of you, to consider a fun challenge of your own and share it with me.
Here is my plan....
Lift weights, every other day and really push myself.
Cardio, three times per week.
Scoliosis exercise, every day.
A salad every day. This has proven in the past to help.
Drink my water.
Track, track and track!
Read motivational things, every day.
Pamper myself...Facials, lotion, downtime.
This one may not be your cup of tea, but I really find that I need to do this. Weigh myself, every morning.
I plan on having my picture taken, in the Azaleas, this April at my goal weight!
I am excited and ready to roll!
