I am not working out consistently. The combination of diet, exercise and accountability are necessary for building a strong foundation. If I don't want to work hard to build my foundation, why bother? And I want to work because it feels good but I am not putting in the work! I know this because I am losing some of the gains that I have made!

I'm not angry. Just a little puzzled.
Not mad at cha gurl. Because you just don't give up- you work harder! Don't be frustrated at slow progress - I am not doing my work!

I am so over of starting over.

    I think you are doing great. Don't beat yourself up over a day or so of not doing everything. Even on the days that you only eat well, you are ahead of the game. Plan to try to get it in on the next day. Remember try to do five minutes, set an alarm to just do five minutes of something!
