walking and shopping

today was all about walking and shopping.i had to try to burn some of those thanksgiving calories off.i think i did pretty good food wise.because i have been earning a lot of extra calories from exercise.then o still have a tremendous surplus,that i do not even try to eat.i am so happy with my progress emoticon

    Good for you, keep it up. That is one way of getting in some extra walking. Especially if you like shopping. With me it would have to be window shopping...things cost to much these days.

    Here's a way to keep things moving in the right direction since we all want to stay fit and motivated during the busy (and calorie-filled) holiday season by pledging to run at least one mile every day, Thanksgiving through New Year's.

Pledge to run/walk at least one mile every day, from Thanksgiving (that's Thursday, November 22) through New Year's Day. Track your mileage and keep it moving!
