now i know how many calories i have been eating

I ate pretty normal today and i documented everything. Wow i didn't realize how many calories i have taken in, No wonder i haven't lost any weight

    I am still cheating by adding in my snacks first and then filling in the meals around it. i don't often have snacks, but with the holidays here, it is almost a staple in my house!

    I have a love/hate relationship with the tracker. But it does keep me in check most days.
Luckily I have the option of tracking my food whenever I eat anything, so as long as I pay attention it's not too hard to stay on track.

    I know, right! Crazy stuff! I had that same epiphany when I first started logging my food. I had no idea! It took me a while to get things under control and I still struggle with keeping my carbs down and my protein up but it is getting easier! emoticon
