A little late, but an update nonetheless

I did the BLC 10 week challenge. It was slow loss for me since EVERYTHING seemed to happen. I was slammed packed with family sick, husband having 2 surgeries, trying to find work. Lost 13.2 pounds in 10 weeks. I would have to look at what size I was wearing.. I think 14/16, but as I sit here I am wearing size 12. I am not complaining, especially since last September I was wearing a size 26/28. I haven't gotten my workouts back to normal- my schedule is just SO out of whack. I do believe since I start work on Monday (yay!) that I can get back into a routine. And it is colder.. I love walking/jogging when it is cold. I haven't had any issues with my knee in a while so I am going to push harder to make better time with my 5k time. I want to do another timed race in February- so we will see how I do. I need to try to push harder- especially so I can run better in softball (for next season) Only 1 (possibly 2) games left this season. I am glad I was able to partake. It was a goal of mine.     Lots of pant size improvements since last year!

Good luck with work starting up, I got a temp job too, but I hope to start on Tuesday, not Monday. I have training tomorrow.

It's also a good thing that at least somebody likes running in the cold. Best of luck with the 5k! :-)
