Green Smoothie Tutorial

In this video, I explain my method of making a delicious green smoothie. Here is the recipe that I use, modify it to fit your tastes.

Green Smoothie
1/2c ripe banana OR other soft fruit (frozen or not)
1/2c frozen berries
2 T milled flax seed
1 T honey OR other sweetener
1 T coconut oil OR other healthy fat
Kale to the top
enough water to make a desirable consistency.

    I have to admit that I'm not attracted to green smoothies. It's totally a visual thing because I love greens and eat them cooked quite often. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and post it.

    Wow - thanks for watching the video! If you currently use spinach in your green monster, kale or collards will be a much stronger flavor. Consider using half and half of each the first time. emoticon

    Thank you so much for this. It's such a shame because I'm having trouble finding WELL frozen fruit and I think I'll definitely freeze my own having seen your video. The blueberries you find frozen here are all syrupy to the max, like those really bad quality ones on top of bad cheesecakes - yuk! Unfortunately I'm not lucky enough to have a wall mart near London!

Anyway, glad you made this, my friends makes a mean spinach smoothie but I'd like to try one with kale.
