WEEKLY updates about specific behaviors are, for me, the best kick in the pants!
It's so much better to take an inventory of my
progress after one week versus months going by and me wondering
My WUB (weekly update blog) November 23 :
( 3 possible points each of six goals.)
1.Working toward 500 Fitness Minutes goal for the month of NOVEMBER. 2 points
2. "Daily base 2 of 3 meals on veggies." 2 points
Not getting in the 'greens' even though I am buying them.
The vegetables I have been eating are pumpkin, squash, roasted carrots, spaghetti squash....
3. " No more than one cup of coffee per day.
And drink minimum of 8 glasses of water and/or green tea per day." second week in a row: only 1 point
because way too much caffeinated coffee!
4. "Limit SP time to 2 hours. ...
so "Me Time" is used for a hobby or seeing a friend or something active like taking a walk." down to only .5 points
did not do any 'hobby stuff at all.
I like: photography
, chatting with a friend
, out to the library or
somewhere(not shopping!), etc. But
I am not actually doing any of these activities!
Sitting at the computer or in front of the TV or even lying in bed with a book are enjoyable but pretty much 'vegging.'
5. Water aerobics at least 3 times per week---- down to 1 point!
