I lost weight over Thanksgiving. I haven't exercised for four days. I was sitting for hours and hours and hours. I didn't overeat per se but the content of my meals was not the healthy food I normally have. At home I exercise hard five days a week and eat healthy foods but lose nothing. I go off of all those good habits and indulge in bad ones and lose. I just don't get it.
