Day 2: Second round of Cephelaxin

My ears turned bright red and hot after I had a bite of turkey. I wonder if I'm protein intolerant? Idk. Not sure. Today was not stellar but not terrible. I have developed the strangest waxy like covering on my ear. I think my body made this to protect me. Its clear. Its not from my meds. I am applying oregano oil to it. I wonder if that is why I have this. But the oil is very fluid, and doesn't coagulate at all.

I am weighing/measuring my food. I am logging them on the new Spark People App. I did go for a 30 min. emoticon hike today. I reset my goal tracker. Its ttotm, so I will be weighing in next Wednesday. I felt good on the walk. emoticon

Eats: early AM weighed serving dark chocolate ice cream (only thing that was palatable) with meds.
10 am: small serving steel cut oatmeal w/meds
Noon (post workout): 1 glass whole milk (small) and some dark chocolate covered almonds (I'm quitting those, I don't think that they are good for me.)
2 pm: Tomato soup w/meds
7 pm: Steamed green beans, w/meds

I am just beat. I did do some paper work today. I have gotten a lot of laundry done.

Inspired by some of my other smart carbers: I am thinking about some of the cleanses and I am also thinking about some carb cycling. I won't be starting any of that until after my meds are done. In the meantime its the same old song:

4 meals/day.
300 calories each.
Walking for 30 to 60 min/day
Nightly Meditation.
Yoga (starting tomorrow)
Low protein.

    I hope you feel better soon. I hate to take antibiotics. I didn't get much done today - didn't feel like it but I did load the dishwasher and run it and we finished most of the Thanksgiving food.

    Hi your not eating need more Choose to Lose by Chris Powell he is awesome!! I have been shrinking big time and I eat a lot on his this morning for breakfast I had a blueberry pancake with scrambled eggs (1 egg yolg with 1/2 cup egg whits) you would find the losing process much easier. emoticon emoticon
