Struggles and Frustrations

Does there come a point in time where you feel as though you are ready to throw in the towel? I have felt this way for the past several months. I don't know how much more I can honestly take. I want to give up and let the world know that it has won. But deep inside I struggle with my accomplishments so far.

Mentally exhausted and need to get away to recharge myself. There has to be something out there that can help with this happen. Until that point, I will continue to fight for me.....

Sorry for my absense, it was too much to handle. And for now, time to refocus on me.....

    Everyone feels that way at some point. Losing weight is hard, and add life on top of it and it can be very difficult. But then you look back at all that you have accomplished and realize that you can do it. Take some time for yourself and get mentally ready to get back on the wagon. There is nothing wrong with taking time for yourself. But while you do that don't wreck all the progress you've made so far. Keep your head up!! We are here for you when you need us!!

    Keep fighting!!!! I'm struggling with being on track but I remember the pain I felt before my journey and I have to keep going.

    Thanks Deb for the kind words and the inspiration to do it everyday.
I felt pretty good today so I hit my old routine...Did some Body Beast, Ran a mile, and then Turbo Jam....Ah, it was stress relieving. I am so happy that I put myself through it. Now to continue with my day...Thanks so much Deb!

    Don't give up! Just find what you can commit to every single day...even if it's only 10 minutes of exercise..as long as you do some minimal amount every day, you'll stay in the groove. You obviously know how to be successful given how much you have lost already! I really like journaling also. A great way to download when you are stressed. What ever works for you, as long as its something you can do every day so that when life gets crazy, you can still get it done, feel like you've done something for herself even if it's quick, and you feel like you can maintain control of your life. You are important - keep at it!
