I think I did well

Went to Miami for Thanksgiving and that made tracking my food difficult. So for the day and a half we we there,I decided not to track. Even tho I did not track my food I was still committed to my program. I ate 3 meals a day and I did not over eat. My food was probably fattier and saltier than I would have cared for but some concessions must be made. Bottom line is that I not go over board. Given the circumstances of the last couple of days that was the best I could do. I think I did it well.
Due to the last couple of days I was going to forego the dreaded weigh in. But I've decided that I have to stay on the program to the best of my ability. There's nothing stopping me from hopping on a scale so for better or worse I will carry on.
Thanksgiving is over and I'm back on track!
