I gained 1 pound. Well .8 pound actually.
I'm not unhappy about it, but I didn't stick to my game plan either which is disappointing.
On Thanksgiving I ate what I wanted calorie wise, but I did try to keep my carb count in check. I indulged in stuffing and gravy, but passed on the pies, sweet potatoes, and biscuits...until last night.
I fixed myself a plate that had a lot more carbs on it than it should for dinner.
Then I crept out in to the kitchen in the middle of the night and started with a sliver of pie, no crust. Suffice it to say, it ended with me eating vanilla ice cream directly from the container.
The key to it all now is to get back on track. This is where I always mess up.
My family continues on with the stuffing, gravy, biscuits, pies, etc... I need to back off right now.
I'm going to make a very simple meal plan for the next week so there's lots of easy, grab and go foods so I have as few excuses as possible.
