I've been busier and doing more physically with that I find I'm tired. So I trick myself and tell myself instead of an hour exercise do just 10 minutes. Once I get started I can finish my hour. At night I do 20 sit ups and 10 leg lifts in bed. So I tell myself only do 5 and once started I do my normal number. Now please keep this a secret from me.
